In the vibrant heart of London, we are breaking down barriers and creating a productive, safe space for young people to express themselves, develop vital skills, and find their voice. Through our personal development and Job up-skilling programmes, we provide age-relatable activities, mentoring, industry insights and resources these young people cannot access.
We have witnessed first-hand the incredible impact of our work. But we cannot do it alone. We need the help of our community to continue making a difference in the lives of these remarkable individuals.

CV Writing Skills: Your contributions will enable us to expand our comprehensive training on crafting compelling CVs that effectively highlight strengths, experiences, and skills. This skill is crucial in making a positive first impression on potential employers.
Interview Techniques: With your support, we can conduct more enhanced workshops and mock interview sessions that simulate real-world scenarios. These experiences will build young candidates' confidence, enhance their communication skills, and help them excel during interviews.
Outreach and Partnerships: We strive to reach as many young people as possible, particularly the most vulnerable. Your contribution will aid us in expanding our outreach efforts, forging partnerships with referral/support organisations, and extending our reach to those who need our support the most.
